unable to connect oppo f7 to ufi

please team help.... i am unable to connect oppo f7 to ufi... always getting below error:

Please someone suggest fast? I am returning all secure boot phones to customers , none are connecting?

try to downoad firmware and slect firmware in flashng and then try to identyfi the phone ,,
if not done ,, same Am stil waiting for response from UFI team

Yes sir, I downloaded ofp firmware, extracted scatter with ufi android toolbox and then tried to detect but still getting same error on both oppo f1s and f7... I also tried to detect Lenovo s660, and it is connecting OK, only secure boot phones not connecting, choose all the da option one by one, but not connecting, Please suggest?

test point read err, file dowloat suppot not ok.
I cannot download the file from suppot. because suppot the file download is too slow. you can uploat your file for me. i am trying software reading mode.

Download file , keep file always in c/ufi / file-/oppo/f7, extract ofp file by android toll box, short tp and flash

Ufi android is horrible
Too many bugs
Can never abort, abort button is useless
Always errors during identify operations and flash operations
Interface often bugs and stuck
Often firmware mismatch and sometimes same firmware will work so not firmware or phone problem
The bugs are endless
