Subject: XT1766 Sprint — Modem-level unlock needed (not SIM-PIN code)

Hi, I have a Motorola Moto E4 XT1766, originally Sprint. Details:

  • IMEI: 25669154420220XXXX
  • Serial: ZY224B62NP
  • CID: 0x0032
  • Original carrier: Sprint (ro.carrier=sprint, confirmed via fastboot getvar all and kernel boot log androidboot.carrier=sprint)
  • Currently running an unofficial custom ROM (LineageOS 14.1 for "perry"), bootloader unlocked, TWRP installed
  • Baseband/radio confirmed healthy: M8920_15000.280.06.58.05R
  • Symptom: phone shows "No SIM card" with a T-Mobile SIM inserted — this is NOT a "SIM Network Unlock PIN" code-entry prompt, the phone doesn't detect the SIM at all
  • Network Operators / APN / Carrier Settings menus are all greyed out/disabled in Android settings
  • Goal: get this phone working with a T-Mobile (GSM) SIM for calls/data

Can you confirm your service/tool handles this specific type of Sprint carrier lock (CID-level, not a PIN-unlock-code scenario)?
I saw your successful log on a similar XT1766 Sprint unlock and wanted to check before proceeding.
What's the process and cost?
