unlocktool can't login binded pc error

just now i was restart my pc .. then i login again on same pc.. its showing pc change.
admin please fix this bug.

when ever i forced restart with restart button and sudden power loss i had faced this problem all the time from the year i purchased this tool please resolve this problem immediate because of this i loss costumers due to didn't recover their mobiles on time .
