UFi URGENT: Request to Unbind Email ([email protected]) for Store Return (S/N: 001188460567)

Hello UFI Support and Board Moderators,
I am writing to kindly request the manual unbinding of my email address from my UFI Box serial number.
I purchased a brand new unit here in the UK and received it on 9 September 2026. During my initial setup, I accidentally registered it to my personal email address. However, I have found the tool too complex for my current needs and have arranged a store return with my local retailer.
The retail shop cannot accept the hardware back or process my refund until the device is completely cleared and unbound from the UFI servers. Because of UK consumer laws, I have a strict 14-day return deadline which expires very soon on 23 September.
I sent an email to [email protected] 7 hours ago but did not receive an automated ticket number, so I am posting here to ensure the request is seen by the development team.
