UFi Vivo Y04 eMMC/UFS Partition Table Not Showing - ISP Connection Issue

Hi Team,
I am working on a Vivo Y04 and trying to flash/repair it using UFI eMMC ToolBox (v1.8.0.3246) via ISP (Direct eMMC).
The box successfully identifies the eMMC (SK Hynix X0H128), but it cannot detect any partitions. The "Partition type" shows as "Unknown" and the partition list remains empty.

try to install old version of ufi setup like 1.6.0 or 1.70 its 100% solve your problem

vivo yo4 can be factory reseted by ufi?
the device not full data reset in recovery mode, maybe mdm device
any advice how to do without boot loop?
