Greetings Fellow Technicians,

Sharing a successful recovery of a Vivo Y11 (Model: PD1930AM) that was in a dead state. Using UMT QcFire v12.9, I performed a full firmware flash to repair the boot and also cleared the FRP lock in the same process.

  • Brand: Vivo
  • Model: Y11 (PD1930AM)
  • Chipset: Qualcomm Snapdragon
  • Condition: Dead Boot / Software Brick
  • Tool Used: Ultimate Multi Tool - QcFire v12.9

Operation Performed:

  1. Tool Selection: Launched UMT QcFire and moved to the Flasher tab.
  2. Firmware: Loaded the tested Dead Boot Repair Flash File (PD1930AM).
  3. Configuration:
    • Selected Single Program Mode.
    • Checked "Protect Calibration Data" (to save original IMEI/Network data).
    • Checked "Reset FRP after Flash".
    • Checked "Xiaomi New Auth Bypass" (for stable connection).
  4. Connection: Connected the device in EDL Mode (9008).
  5. Execution: Clicked Flash. The tool successfully wrote all partitions including userdata, repaired the boot sector, and reset the FRP lock.
