Solution:

Remove FRP By Easy JTAG ISP

-Open Easy JTAG EMMC File Manager
-Connect ISP Connect Battery + Charger

-Select ISP Hi-Power
-Select 2.8v
-Check Disabled High Speed Timing
-Hit Connect Easy JTAG
-If Detected Select Tools Tab
-Select Reset Google FRP
-After Remove Set-Up Device
