1. Prepare your Tools:
  • Ensure you have the following tools downloaded and installed:

  • Open UMT QcFire and navigate to the " Advanced Flasher " menu.
  • Click the " Connect " button and wait for the tool to recognize your device.
  • All partition files should be displayed in the tool.
  • Select only the " Modem " file and choose the provided " NonHOS.bin " file.
  • Click the " Write " button and wait for the flashing process to complete. Your device will automatically reboot.
3. Enable Debugging Port:
  • Exit UMT QcFire and launch " ( UMT ) Ultimate Multi Tool GSM Version ".
  • On your Vivo Y55A/Y55, open the Dialpad and dial " *#558# ".
  • Enable the " Debugging Port " option in the menu that appears.
4. Connect and Repair IMEI:
  • In the UMT GSM Tool, click the " Scan Port " button and select the port associated with your connected device.
  • Navigate to the " VIVO " section and choose the " IMEI Repair " option.
  • Enter the original IMEI number that came with your device.
  • Click the " Repair " button and wait for the process to finish. Your device will reboot automatically.
