In that case your phone is connected in Factory Mode. To get out of that mode, you can do two things:

1. Load Factory Fastboot
2. Exit factory mode

Once you do one of them, your phone will be connected in Fastboot mode to the tool. Now after that, please do the REPAIR RECOVERY and the USB FIRMWARE UPDATE.

2. Exit factory mode

Dear User,

Please reinstall the Chimera Tool Huwei driver. Make sure that you use another cable and USB port for the connection. Also if the phone is still not connecting, then do the HARD RESET on the device while the phone is connected to the computer.
