What's the function of this R and the alternative value on ISP adapter

R = Means Resistor and C = means Capacitor. Most of resistor used here for fuse purpose. Check by Multimeter

R in yellow circle not found in UFI ISP connection diagram

You can see there is 2 resistor diagram from vccq to cmd and dat0 which is 100 ohm value. I will reply you to after recheck it by practical in our workstation.

There are 4 resistor at my adapter,
R1 = 100 Ohm for dat0 pull-up
R2 = 100 Ohm for cmd pul-up
R3 = 470 Ohm for led
R4 = 10 Ohm what's for ?
