Hello, good morning, I downloaded the Anti-theft removal for the Blackberry 10, when I was done installing it and following all the directions and i was able to open the phone, i noticed that the file manager was gone, music, pictures and videos were also gone and because i did not have file manager, i could not download anything. what do I do about this?
