1.If we convert basic plan amount in Doller ($99.9) to INR (8,594.63 Indian) Than we divide 100 phone connection (8,594.63 Indian) Than we got , INR-86/- Rupees Per phone cost
2.If we convert professional plan amount Doller ($149.9) to INR (12,883.20 Indian) then we divide 1500 phone connection (12,883.20) Then we got , INR-9 Rupees per phone cost only What a mystery calculation by the ChimeraTool

Dear User,
The connection limits for old licences were set arbitrarily high, and after a careful revision of the usage patterns of our users, we have identified 3 groups of users based on the volume of phones they service in a year, which became the basis of our new licencing system from November 2024:
The Basic licence targets the largest group of users, who do not service more than 100 phones in a year.
The Professional licence is made for the vast majority of the remaining users, with 1500 connections.
And finally the Premium licence covers the needs of everybody else, the most active technicians, who reliably repair hundreds of phones each month.
If the connection limit of the Basic licence is not enough for you, then you may want to upgrade it to a plan that is designed to fit your needs!
That being said, we thank you for Your input, noted Your request, and will continue to monitor the usage patterns of our users so we can come up with plans/deals that leaves everyone more satisfied!

Sir, there should be at least 500 connections instead of 100 connections, please consider this.

I already define the per phone cost in the previous post, ChimeraTool Should consider at least 500 phone or 600 connections in year in basic plan..
If someone is buying the basic plan is useless for small shop keepers too

they count model even if operation unsuccessful, i did connect a phone & only used "get info" but tool failed to get info & still its counted. lol
at least 500 phones would be a googd number, since people with 1500 phones license are ruining the market with low prices.

i have 1 phone, (A51) do job EUB mode, frp, Boot repair, chimera phone count show 3 phone connected! its not good

We are still fighting with chimera tool for increasing the phone connection numbers But chimera did not reply satisfactory...

YES, i renew license at 1st July, ill send log and see, phone detected 6 , but my job done is only 4

Dear Users,
Each unique connection counts.
1 phone in 1 mode = 1 unique connection
The connection is counted when an operation is initiated.
Removing FRP lock from A51 in EUB mode, and Repairing its Boot can all be done in EUB mode, which is just 1 unique connection. If 3 connections were deducted, then you may have ran a Get Info procedure on the device in ADB mode, and possibly used the Switch to EUB operation from DOWNLOAD mode, which deducted +2 unique connections.
Instead of these, you could have connected the device in EUB mode from the start, and only 1 unique connection would have had to be made.

so change your policy sir, 1 phone repair full with any operation (frp eub info boot repair unlock or other operation) count 1, But this policy 1 phone 3 count its not good for both chimera team and end users... thanks for reply,

There are technical limitations that make it very challenging to 100% accurately associate connections in different modes with the same phone.
I would advise you try to perform the operations on a phone in the same mode.

at least failed operations shouldnt count. i wanted to repair imei of samsung A325F & got error.. i didnt make any other operation, i didnt even use "read info" still device counted with failed operation.
