Did You install driver for EFT dongle ? , sometimes happend that Windows find automatic some universal driver from somwhere , my suggestion is that you try add driver manual after that , thats happend to me if i use lot off dongle boxes also my suggestion that you make some order what box/ dongle go to what USB ...
