Hi everyone I have a problem with lenovo k5 note A7020a48. Incoming voice very low plz help

Hey bro clean the ear speaker hole with brush or pin and then check after same problem change a original speaker.(ringer speaker and ear speaker is same in k5 note so you can replace it)

Try checking if the microphone or earpeice is blocked by dust or debris, clean it gently. Also, go to settings >> Sound >> Volume and make sure call volume is maxed. If the issue remains, try testing in Safe Mode to rule out any app interference, or update your firmawre. If it still persists, it is likely a hardware issue with the earpiece speaker.
