i already check the internet and is working properly and i can be able to download any thing using my internet
am using windows 7 pro sp1 64 bit not windows 10
my antivirus which am using is avast and when i want to open setup for mrt i closed antivirus first
but my problem still persist also i try to download mrt v2.60 setup exe
it just show error 001!!!! make sure your computer has internet but my internet is active
i try to connect to vpn the problem is the same

am new here
but i have problem with either my mrt dongle or new update v3.81
i just bought new mrt dongle at gsmsmart store in chine
when insert into the laptop it installs all necessary drivers
problem rise when i try to open steup exe for mrt
it just show a background of mrt for short time my be a minute and disappear
i try to connect to vpn (vpn gate client) but problem persist
help me what is the problem

i understand your point FRIEND SWAPAN but before downloading new os for windows10
which version of mrt works perfect with windows 7pro sp1 64 bits
i need that version of mrt setup
