Successfully Unlocked/Debranding phones with or w/Octopus Box Samsung (only here)!!

I recently performed a read codes operation on a General MTK device, but the phone isn't accepting the FREEZE. we've tried to update the firmware to latest from settings and factory data reset. *code provided from software works but phone just says Re-enter NETWORK UNLOCK code 1 E-0001* How do i getthis to accept the code
