Only rename partition_ext.xml to partition_ext.xml.bcp,and will load

Hi,
This problem is caused by a less compatible usb 3.0 chip on the pc/laptop motherboard.
Until now, access for flashing mode, on any platform and any connection still uses the USB 2.0/high speed protocol,
some old vendors such as MTK even still use the USB 1.0/full speed protocol.
Thats why, sometime you face this error when you use USB 3.0 port with USB type C data cable.
To solve the above problem, try using a USB hub with a USB 2.0 interface.
