Good, I suppose you have taken the information in fastboot mode, to be true and not leave the huawei brick ?, Good procedure if that firmware is correct with the model, variant and cust with the huawei model that you have the problem, is to copy the dload folder to an sd or otg card, you put that sd card in the phone and in upgrade mode and let the process be done, if it is correct the firmware will pass, if it is not correct it will give error. Make sure it is the correct firmware, although by this method do not bricke the phone.

Yes the fastboot info is correct the firmware I have is working as I said I use it to downgrade 9.1.0 with sd card i had no problems with it just wanted to make sure about android 10 so i guess il usesd card also
